HR Vikar
Manage and execute HR end-to-end at Omny, partnering with leadership to build a high-performing and future-ready organisation.
Role Overview
As an HR professional joining the Omny team, you will be responsible for managing and executing the HR function end to end, and continue to build an organisation that is structurally, operationally, and culturally equipped to deliver its business objectives. Reporting into the CFO and operating as part of the Strategic Support Team, this role requires a strong ability to think strategically, operate independently, and work closely with leadership and people managers and stakeholders to turn plans into execution.
The role is hands-on and delivery-focused, covering recruitment, performance management, people processes, and culture building. You will work closely with the CFO and act as a trusted partner to leadership while maintaining strong operational control and well-structured HR processes across the company.
Role & Responsibilities
Own and execute the full HR lifecycle, balancing strategic people priorities with day-to-day operational delivery.
Lead and manage recruitment execution end to end, including recruiting pipelines, systems, and processes, working closely with leadership to ensure timely hiring aligned with business capacity and delivery needs.
Driving and owning HR initiatives while actively engaging people managers, leadership, and key stakeholders to ensure alignment, adoption and impact.
Empower and support people managers to deliver on business objectives through existing 1:1 structure; including performance management, feedback and career development
Build and maintain efficient, scalable HR processes and systems, ensuring clarity, consistency, compliance and process discipline across the organisation, including ownership of HR systems (HRS), documentation, controls, and audit related security requirements.
Drive and execute company-wide people initiatives and events, including bi-weekly all-hands and half-yearly offsites, supporting CEO/ leadership communication and organisational alignment.
Build and reinforce company culture through structured onboarding, ensuring smooth setup, training, and follow-up to achieve fast integration and productivity.
Provide regular, structured updates to C-suite leadership, delivering insights on organisational trends, KPIs, risks, and people-related execution topics.
Maintain strong internal and external stakeholder relationships to support organisational capacity, scalability, and long-term business goals.
Actively identify and solve people- and process-related challenges, proposing pragmatic solutions that support execution and organisational effectiveness.
Desired Skills & Experience
Minimum 3-5 years relevant education with some professional experience
Comfortable working with and presenting to senior leadership and C-level stakeholders
Excellent communication, presentation and organisational skills, with a pragmatic, hands-on mindset.
Strong analytical skills and working with data driven insights
Demonstrable leadership experience
Structured process-management skills and problem solving capabilities
Willing, collaborative and hands-on attitude, investing in the growth and culture of Omny
Bachelor or higher level education in Business, HR or other relevant fields (can be compensated for with experience).
