Senior Advisor Threat Analysis
Omny is expanding its Professional Services team and is looking for a customer-facing specialist who wants to combine intelligence work with change management focused on industrial security platform adoption.
In this role, you will help customers strengthen how they monitor, understand, and respond to relevant physical and cyber security threats. You will combine traditional intelligence work with hands-on use of the Omny Platform as a digital solution that enhances customers’ security work.
You will work closely with one of our industrial customers to identify relevant events, produce intelligence analysis and recommendations, support emerging cases, and help customer teams turn insight into action. This includes monitoring external news, internal channels, reports, geopolitical developments, maritime events, activist activity, and other issues that may affect the customer’s security and operations.
A key part of the role is helping the customer get more value from the Omny Platform. You will identify workflows, tasks, and internal processes where the platform can support existing users, improve collaboration, automate manual work, and close gaps caused by limited resources or missing specialist competence. Through this work, you will help customers do things they are not able to do today.
You will also play an important role in shaping the future of the Omny Platform. By gathering feedback and insight through customer engagements, you will work with Product and Engineering to translate real customer needs into platform improvements, new capabilities, and better user experiences.

Increase awareness, understanding, and usage of the Omny Platform across physical security, cyber, and operational environments.
Facilitate collaboration between physical security and cyber teams by connecting people, information, workflows, and the Omny platform usage.

Drive adoption and usage of the Omny Platform across the customer organisation by helping users understand how the platform can support their daily work.
Identify capability gaps where the platform can help customers compensate for limited resources, missing competence, or fragmented processes.
Gather structured feedback and insight from customer engagements and collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to continuously improve the Omny Platform.
Conduct demonstrations of the Omny Platform and its value to existing users, stakeholders, and prospective customers when relevant.
